Here at ERIS + LYNN, we hope all of you, as well as your family and friends, are safe and healthy. Please continue to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and preventative measures. As we encourage our customers to take all necessary precautions in fighting this pandemic, we are also making sure we do our part in keeping you all safe. As a result of our facilities and suppliers following CDC recommendations with social distancing and state/country guidelines for operating, fulfillment and shipment processes have been affected and delayed. Please read below and continue referring to this page for updates; as we get information, this page is updated to reflect:

Due to COVID-19 and the overwhelming surge in online shopping, there may be shipping delays on your orders. We are still shipping your packages within our processing timeframe of 24-48 hours, however, shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) warehouses are backed up. If your package does not arrive to you within the timeframe you selected at checkout, please refer to our FAQ page.

As COVID numbers begin to surge again in different areas of the U.S., there is possibly that your fanny pack fullfillment/shipping time may take longer than the normal 5-7 business days. They are made to order & our warehouse has notified us that it may take up to an additional 5 business days for you order to reach you.

*Clarification on business days: Business days are week days only and starts the next business day after your date of purchase.

PRODUCT FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING BACK TO NORMAL

I am excited to say our US warehouse is fulfilling and shipping orders containing Mama Fanny's and Papa Pouches back at normal rates. Still following CDC guidelines and handling your products in a safe and sanitary environment, shipping times are back to 5-7 business days.

PRODUCT FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TIMES DECREASE

For orders containing Mama Fanny's & Papa Pouches, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. We are almost to normal fulfillment & shipping times!

The news we've been waiting to give - fulfillment and shipping time of our Mama Fanny's & Papa Pouches have significantly decreased to about 2 weeks. Our facilities are moving much faster, still following safety guideline, and we're hoping to see even more decreases in time over the next few weeks. Things are finally starting to look a little normal :)

 

Great news! Our product fulfillment and shipments are back in the US!

We are hoping to start seeing faster fulfillment and shipping times within 2 weeks since we are no longer having to operate out of the US. However, please keep in mind, that even in the US, there are slight delays in shipment due to COVID. So, as of today, fulfillment time is still taking between 25-30 days but shipping will now drop to about 5 days; reducing the full amount of time between order and delivery to up to 35 days.

DELAYS IN PRODUCT FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING

Fanny packs are now taking about 25-30 days for fulfillment and 15 days to ship from our temporary warehouse in Europe. This gives a total estimated time of up to 45 days for your order to be delivered.

DELAYS IN PRODUCT FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING

An update from our manufacturer and warehouse: fanny packs are taking about 20-25 days for fulfillment and 15 days to ship from our temporary warehouse in Europe, instead of our usual warehouse in California. Please keep in my mind, each fanny pack is made to order, which is why there is a fulfillment period - normally, this entire process takes up to a maximum of 7 days but with COVID-19 still effecting production and shipping, it has significantly been extended to stay in line with social distancing guidelines and ensure all safety precautions are taken. We are looking to make bulk orders to make the shipment process much faster but are unsure of when these orders, because of the amount, can be fulfilled. We appreciate you still shopping with us at this time and guarantee your Mama Fanny's and Papa Pouches will be worth the wait.

Orders containing fanny packs will see a longer delay in shipment, as our US warehouse is not operating and we are having to use an overseas warehouse, due to COVID-19. These orders may now take between 15-20 business days (could be less or longer), due to short staff during the fulfillment process, instead of the normal 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner).

• Orders containing tees, pins and socks, at this time, will continue to follow our normal shipping policy (24-48 hrs within order placement).
• Orders containing fanny packs will see a delay in shipment, as these come from a different warehouse, where we are experiencing short staff issues due to COVID-19. These orders may take between 7-10 business days, instead of the normal 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner).

As of today, our production company has closed due to city orders resulting from COVID-19. This closure will unfortunately push our Spring/Summer 2020 collection release date back, which at this time we are not able to give an estimated date as to when it may be released.
